The School Diary is one of the
links between school and parents. Occasional remarks from the teachers are
conveniently sent through these pages and are requested to do likewise when
required.
As online facilities are available now, please
daily check the notifications.
Regular parent teachers’
meetings (PTM) are arranged. Those days from 8.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., teachers
are available for personal consultation concerning the progress, conduct and
attendance of the student. On other days teachers may be contacted only through
the Principal.
The reports of the unit tests
and terminal examinations should be signed by the parent or guardian and
returned on the same day.
Parents make sure that their
children prepare their lessons and take an active and genuine interest in the
activities of the school.
Parents are not allowed to visit
class rooms during the school hours. In the situation of queries, complaints or
suggestions, the school authorities are to be intimated.
When communicating with the
Principal, Parents are requested to mention in their letters the class &
section of the student.
During School hours the student
will not be allowed to leave the school premises without written permission of
the Principal or Vice Principal.
Parents/ guardian are requested
to notify in writing any changes in their address or telephone number to the
school or principal.
Check the haircut, uniform and
punctuality of your ward daily.
Your ward should be instructed
to be careful about his/her belongings. There should be a name tag on blazers
and sweaters. Expensive article like ornaments, laptops, calculators and
cellular phones should not be brought to school.
Students suffering from any of
the following diseases must observe the prescribed period of quarantine before
returning to class.
Chicken Pox
Cholera
Measles
Mumps
Whopping cough
Jaundice
Parents are expected to fill
the visitor’s diary at the school gate before entering the school premises.
