Students are expected to arrive
at the school before the assembly bell. Habitual latecomers will have to
undergo disciplinary measures.
All students, are expected to
keep the decorum of the school in dress code, appearance, cleanliness,
discipline, behaviour etc.
Students have to come to school
campus by personal transport arrangements.
Bicycles must be kept locked at
the parking place by the students who come by bicycles.
Students must not scratch or
spoil the desk, nor write on the walls nor cause any damage to school property.
Damage done should be reported at once and must be repaired.
No
"unauthorized"
books, CDs, VCDs, Comics, or papers may be brought to school without the
explicit permission of the Principal or the Vice-Principal.
The school is not responsible
for loss of any valuables belonging to the students; they are not permitted to
bring any costly items, or dangerous articles such as knifes, razor blades,
firecrackers etc.
Students are strictly
prohibited to bring mobile phones, iPod, cameras and other electronic gadgets
to school.
No students should leave the
school campus during school hours without a gate pass or the Principal's note.
Students are not permitted to
raise subscriptions or collect any kind of funds to give gifts to the teachers
or staff.
During the activities and
outings the school takes all necessary care and precaution. Inspite of this if
any accident or mishap occurs, the school will not be held responsible or
liable for the same.
Rules on use of Motor Vehicles: Students below 18 years are
legally prohibited from driving motor vehicles. The security personnel at the
gate will be authorized to stop the students from entering the premises with
motor vehicles. Parents are requested not to encourage their underage children
to drive.
Students may stay back or come
in the evening for sports practice and other activities when needed by the
school, with prior written permission of parents.
School tasks assigned by the
teachers should be done punctually.
As the medium of instruction in
this school is English, all are encouraged and urged to speak English in the
school premises.
In case of leave except on the
ground of illness, the parents or guardians of the students themselves should
get the leave granted by the Principal well in advance. Every absence must be
entered briefly in the leave record pages and signed by the parents or
guardian.
Students are expected to
participate in the prayer sessions in silence and devotion.
When the students leave the
classroom for P.T, Library, Opt. Subject, Laboratory etc., they must walk along
the corridors and stairs in single file and in perfect silence; and the
classrooms are kept under lock at such occasions
Students are not allowed to
remain in the classroom during recess or P.T Periods. Once on the play-ground,
they should not return to the classroom without the permission of the concerned
teacher.
The students should respect the
beauty of the school premises and should not pluck or destroy trees, flowers,
leaves, fruits etc. They should take utmost care to keep the cleanliness of the
surroundings.
